Intel® Unnati Industrial Training Program
A unique opportunity for students from Indian colleges and universities to work on industry relevant challenges and solutions using emerging technologies.
With the rapid acceleration of technology and innovation, the skillset needed to thrive in the industry is continually evolving and advancing. In response, the educational ecosystem has launched various programs and initiatives to bridge the gap between the needs of emerging technologies and the skillset needed by graduates for a seamless transition into the industry.
Shaping Industry-Ready Professionals
The Intel® Unnati Industrial Training Program encourages students from institutions in India that are part of the Intel® Unnati Community to participate in a month-long, project-based training. During this intensive training period, students have the opportunity to work under the guidance of industry and Intel mentors on real-world, industry-relevant challenges and solutions using emerging technologies. This is exclusive to colleges and universities with Intel® Unnati Labs, and is aligned to AICTE recommended industry exposure requirements for engineering and technology institutions in India.

How to Participate?
Faculty members from participating Intel® Unnati institutions nominate up to 100 students from 3rd/4th and 5th/6th semesters
Nominated students submit applications individually or as part of 2-5 member teams
Participants share three (3) preference(s) from a set of problem statements
Intel/industry experts guide participants about relevant technology and solution prototyping through online sessions
Participants submit their project(s) before the deadline ends
Problem Statement
The program focuses on Seventeen (17) themes and all submissions must fall under one of these themes.
Program Guidelines
- This is a month-long industrial training program, open to participants from institutions that are part of the Intel® Unnati community.
- The program focuses on seventeen (17) themes and all submissions must fall under one of these themes (mentioned above in the Project Themes section).
- Participants can submit their final projects only once, and multiple submissions shall not be allowed.
- Each project team can have up to five (5) student members and a faculty advisor. It is encouraged to have a faculty mentor as part of the team.
- Participants must work on their projects entirely during the training period, and they can use open-source libraries and other freely available systems/services.
- The projects must be original work of participating teams, and any form of plagiarism will result in disqualification.
- Participants must have a valid institutional email address and be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
- Any violation of the program guidelines will lead to disqualification from the training program, and any and all decisions made by the organizers will be final and binding.
- Participants must agree to the privacy policy and any applicable terms and conditions set by organizers of this program.
- Intel reserves the right to modify or cancel this Intel® Unnati Industrial Training Program at any time and for any reason thereof. In such an event, participants will be notified in advance via email or through the program website.
