The Intel® 5G NR modem for PCs is based on the Release 15 of the 3GPP standard, and supports 2x100 MHz channels, along with 4x4 MIMO, coupled with 256 QAM Modulation and can enable up to 4.7 Gbps theoretical download data rates which are nearly 5X faster (4.7X) than what is theoretically possible with Intel CAT 16 LTE products, as documented in 3GPP Rel 13 & Rel 15 standard specifications.
