Libraries Page (Options Dialog Box)
You open this page by clicking , and then clicking Libraries.
Allows you to specify user libraries for all projects.
Allows you to add libraries for use in the current project and add libraries for use in all Quartus® Prime projects. Add libraries for the open project under Project Libraries, and add libraries for use in all Quartus® Prime projects under Global libraries (all projects).
