What are you seeing? How to fix it
Some Windows 8.1* apps on the Windows Start screen fail to open. Download and install the App Update or request replacement under warranty.
When you refresh or reset Windows 8.1* on your Intel® Compute Stick, you see the following error:
There was a problem refreshing or resetting your PC.
See Problem Refreshing or Resetting Intel® Compute Stick.
A Windows* logon screen appears when you start the Intel® Compute Stick for the first time.
The logon screen requires a password for Other User.
To resolve this issue, reset the system to factory defaults.
