Administrator Guides for the Intel® Cache Acceleration Software and Open CAS Linux
The administrator guides provide information on installation and use of Intel® Cache Acceleration Software / Open CAS Linux. The guides are intended for a Windows* Enterprise or Linux* environment. We recommend having a basic knowledge of storage and application management to use the guides.
Starting March 2019, Intel® Cache Acceleration Software (Intel® CAS) became open source. It is now known as Open CAS Linux. Additional information is provided in the following document.

Intel® supports Intel® CAS, while Open CAS Linux is community supported. If users of Open CAS Linux later decide that they need support from Intel, they can buy a support license from Intel by contacting an Intel sales person for details.
