What am I seeing?
A stored username/password in the backplane overrides the CMM username/password.

How to fix it
To reset the backplane:

  1. Hold the IP reset button in for 5 seconds.
  2. Release for 5 seconds.
  3. Hold the button for 10 seconds.
  4. Release.

How do I know it's working?
If done successfully, the fans spin up to full speed briefly before resetting to the lower speed.

This action resets the username/password on both the backplane and the CMM.
