Troubleshooting for Intel® NUC's LAN connection problem as evidenced when LAN LED is not blinking.
- The NUC's Local Area Network (LAN) port stop working and the LAN LED light is not blinking.
- LAN port does not work when the Intel® NUC is restarted. It only becomes active again if the power plug is removed and reconnected.
Follow the guidelines below for troubleshooting LAN connection problem.
|Check BIOS||Check that Ethernet LAN is enabled in BIOS:
|Check LAN cable||Make sure you're using a known good network cable.|
|Check Ethernet drivers||Install the latest Ethernet LAN drivers available on Download Center for the Intel NUC.|
|Update BIOS||Install the latest BIOS available on Download Center for the Intel NUC.|

|Check operating system||Make sure you're using a supported operating system for your Intel NUC.|
