Using QCU to config Dell* OEM XL710-QDA2 encountered error message "QSFP+ Configuration modification is not supported by this adapter"

Error encountered when using QCU tool with Dell* OEM XL710 network card

Resolution

QCU tool is not supported for Dell® OEM version XL710-QDA2

Motherboard: Intel® Server Board S2600CW2R
Processor: Intel® Xeon® Processor E5-2660 v4
Network Adapter: Dell® OEM version XL710-QDA2
OS: Linux* Ubuntu 16.04
Using Intel® QSFP+ configuration utility (QCU). to config ports as 4x10G mode.
ll NVMs and drivers have been updated to the latest version but encountered below error in the log
