Steps to follow when one of two monitors is not connecting
Description
Trying to use two monitors using both Mini DisplayPort* outputs but just one is working.
Resolution
- Update the Radeon™ RX Vega M GH graphics.
- To update the graphics go to our downloadcenter.intel.com using the "Radeon™ RX Vega M GH graphics" keywords for the search or the NUC model Intel® NUC Kit NUC8i7HVK.
- You will find the list of available drivers for the Intel® NUC Kit NUC8i7HVK.
- Look for the Radeon™ RX Vega M GH graphics with the most recent date and download the exe file and follow the installation process.
- Make sure that the cables are properly connected on the TV/Monitor and on the Intel® NUC Kit NUC8i7HVK.
- Test different Mini-DisplayPort cables (Do not use adapters, straight connections only).
- Make sure that BIOS on the Intel® NUC Kit NUC8i7HVK is up to date: BIOS Update Instructions for Intel® NUC.
