One of the following Error Codes was received when managing an Intel® Optane™ memory device: 0xA00A0001, 0xA00A0002, 0xA00A0003, 0xA00A0031, 0xA00A0032, 0xA00A0035, A00A0001, A00A0002, A00A0003, A00A0031, A00A0032, A00A0035.
How to fix it:
Application was unable to pin the selected file, folder, or application.
Steps to resolve:
This issue can occur for various reasons:
- User should confirm they have access to the file, folder or application.
- Path to the file, folder or application is incorrect or has been removed.
- Capacity reserved for files, folders and applications that are user pinned is full [0xA00A0031, 0xA00A0032].
- User can free space by removing some of the user pinned data as seen in the Intel Optane memory-capable application in use.
