Intel® Graphics Drivers versions 26.20.100.6618 and newer are Windows Declarative Componentized Hardware (DCH) drivers. Unlike the previous drivers, the Intel® Graphics Control Panel and Intel® Graphics Command Center are not bundled with driver packages. They must be downloaded and installed separately from the Microsoft® Store to comply with Microsoft's Universal Windows Platform (UWP) requirements.
