Are there any issues when performing dynamic reconfiguration using a mix of RX only and duplex channels in Cyclone V GX devices?

Description

Yes, you may see a Cyclone® V transciever device Avalon Memory Mapped reconfiguration access hang when a mix of RX only and duplex channel types share the same Reconfiiguration IP.

Resolution

To work around this problem, you can install Quartus II software version 13.1 Update 4 and then download and install patch 4.43 from the links below.

Alternatively you can install Quartus® II software version 14.0.1.
