Are Stratix V ES device configuration files compatible with their equivalent production devices?

BUILT IN - ARTICLE INTRO SECOND COMPONENT
Description No, Stratix® V device configuration files will not be compatible between ES and production devices. A design targeting an ES device will need to be recompiled targeting a production device, to generate a configuration file for the production device.
