Description
In the Quartus® II software version 9.1 SP1, the SSN Analyzer is overly pessimistic for some corner cases.
To fix this problem in the Quartus II software verison 9.1 SP1, download and install patch 1.45 from the links below:
For Windows:

For Linux:

This problem is scheduled to be fixed in a future version of the Quartus II software.
