    Critical Issue

    Description

In the 10GBASE-R PHY MegaWizard Plug-In Manager, if you select a Starting channel number other than the default value 0, compilation fails with an error similar to the following:

Error: Cannot find Memory initialization File or Hexadecimal (Intel-Format) File <file name> for ROM instance <instance name>

    Resolution

Since every instantiation of the 10GBASE-R PHY megafunction includes a reconfiguration block, 0 is the correct starting channel number. Do not change the value of Starting channel number.
