Why does DDR2 SDRAM legacy and High Performance controller issue Burst Terminate commands during reads when I change the local size from 2 to 1?

Description

DDR2 SDRAM controller and DDR2 High Performance Controller issues Burst Terminate (BT) commands during reads to DDR2 memory when the local size is set to 1. The DDR2 memory treats these Burst Terminate commands as NOPs and hence the command is ignored.
