What are the Rs and Rp resistor values when using LVDS_E_3R for Stratix V devices?

Description

The Rs and Rp resistor values are 120 Ohms and 170 Ohms respectively, when using LVDS_E_3R for Stratix® V devices.

This information will be added to a future release of Stratix V handbook.
