Error: System.DUT.config_tl/APPS.config_tl: Signal tl_cfg_sts has width 73 on DUT.config_tl, but has width 123 on APPS.config_tl

    Description

    In Arria® V and Cyclone® V Hard IP for PCI Express reference designs, if you set the parameter 'Number of functions' to a value greater than one in the APPS (Altera's DMA) component, Qsys will report the following error messages.

    Error: System.DUT.config_tl/APPS.config_tl: Signal tl_cfg_sts has width 73 on DUT.config_tl, but has width 123 on APPS.config_tl.
    Error: System.DUT.config_tl/APPS.config_tl: Signal cpl_pending has width 3 on DUT.config_tl, but has width 8 on APPS.config_tl.

    Resolution

    Whilst Arria V and Cyclone V Hard IP for PCI Express cores support multi-function, the APPS component has a DMA engine that does not support multi-function.

    This issue will not be fixed.
