Is the Legacy Mode of HPS SPI controller still supported in SOC devices?

    Description

    The legacy mode of Hard Processor System SPI controller is not supported anymore in All SOC devices, including Cyclone® V, Arria® V, Arria® 10 and Intel® Stratix® 10. There will be an updated document for the Hard Processor System Technical Reference Manual in future release for all the SOC devices.
