23.4 The p#_app_init_rst_i port is now exposed when the R-Tile Avalon® Streaming Intel® FPGA IP for PCI Express* is configured in the TLP Bypass Downstream mode and the Power Management Interface is enabled.

The Application Layer can now use the p#_app_init_rst_i port to request a hot reset to downstream devices.
