1.1.4.3. Transmitter PLL

In Arria V GX/GT/SX/ST devices, there are two transmitter PLL sources: CMU PLL and fPLL. In Arria V GZ devices, there are three transmitter PLL sources: ATX PLL, CMU PLL, and fPLL.
